Natasha Teys

A.T.O.D; BHSc (Nutrition); RFL (Personal Training & Group Fitness); Dip RM

Natasha is a classically trained dancer in Jazz (ATOD) and Classical Ballet (RAD). Natasha studied Jazz with Silhouette School of Dance, Waterford QLD, completing all major levels and a Teaching Certificate in A.T.O.D Jazz. She also completed up to Intermediate level in R.A.D Classical Ballet at A.D.P.I., Albion QLD.

In her 26 years of dancing, Natasha (Tash) has performed nationally as well as internationally - representing Australia's dancing talent in a number of competitions and professional performances. She is highly regarded by her peers as having "an ability to inspire and create pure beauty" through movement.

In 2005, Tash completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition. As a qualified Nutritionist, Tash moved to Sydney to work in Corporate Health as Health and Wellbeing Advisor for ING Australia. Tash is a qualified Fitness Leader - Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Leader, and Gym Instructor, and remedial massage therapist.

As well as being Director and Administrative Officer of Dance-a-licious, Tash is the head Personal Trainer, children's dance & fitness coach, and a certified trainer/instructor in:

- ZUMBA® Dance Fitness

- PUNCHFIT® Boxing

- BOSU® IBT

- TRX® Suspension Trainer®
