Natasha Teys

A.T.O.D; BHSc (Nutrition); RFL (Personal Training & Group Fitness); Certificate in Children's Fitness & Nutrition

Natasha is a classically trained dancer in Jazz (ATOD) and Classical Ballet (RAD). Natasha studied Jazz with Silhouette School of Dance, Waterford QLD, completing all major levels and a Teaching Certificate in A.T.O.D Jazz. She also completed up to Intermediate level in R.A.D Classical Ballet at A.D.P.I., Albion QLD.

In her 28 years of dancing, Natasha (Tash) has performed nationally as well as internationally - representing Australia's dancing talent in a number of competitions and professional performances. She is highly regarded by her peers as having "an ability to inspire and create pure beauty" through movement.

In 2005, Tash completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition. As a qualified Nutritionist, Tash moved to Sydney to work in Corporate Health as Health and Wellbeing Advisor for ING Australia (now Onepath). Tash is a qualified Fitness Leader certified in:

  • Personal Trainer
  • Group Fitness
  • Gym Instructor
  • Children's Fitness Trainer
  • Zumba® Fitness Instructor (Basic I, II, Zumbatomic, Zumba in the Circuit)
  • Nutrition (BHSc)

 


Penny Balafas (Yoga Dance)

Penny Balafas is energetic, fun and passionate about helping you into yoga and dance!Yogapose

She is the founder of a Yoga Dance programme developed in 2007, through a deep love for yoga and music. It brings together a flowing yoga practice and creative dance expression, using original yoga choreography to an eclectic, growing music repertoire.

Penny’s teaching style is enthusiastic, embraces the individual and encourages joyful expression and growth, taking you to places you never thought possible...

In addition to teaching Yoga Dance sessions at various studio locations across Sydney, Penny also teaches corporate yoga classes and is a regular guest teacher for indoor and outdoor group fitness yoga training sessions.
