BOXING CARDIO

60minutes

BOXING CARDIO is an all body workout. Increase cardio fitness whilst defining your arms, back, legs and abdominals. Burn over 300cals in just one session. Class consists of a energizing warm up, technical drills (posture, punches, and footwork), partner work, pad work with the trainer (she's tough!!), circuit drills, and LOTS of core strengthening & abdominals! This is a fun, fitness-based class run by a qualified Punch-Fit instructor. Please bring water and a towel, and wear comfortable 'workout' clothing. BEGINNERS WELCOME.

 CORE & FLEXIBILITY

40mimutes

CORE & FLEXIBILITY borrows from both the Pilates and Yoga disiplines to incorporate an all over body workout that leaves you feeling strong & stable with more range of movement. This class is aimed at reducing your risk of injury incurred through frequent or infrequent fitness training. A great way to unwind from a hectic week and begin the weekend! Beginners welcome.
