Step 1: Book in for a FREE health, fitness & nutrition assessment with a Registered Fitness Leader & qualified Nutritionist.

Step 2: Based on your assessment results and personal goals, we work with you to design a program to suit you. 

Step 3: Choose a time to train:

  • Personal Training is available Tuesday - Friday 6:15am - 1:00pm - there are currently no availabilities for Personal Training
  • Supplement your program and get results faster by participating in a group exercise class: ZUMBA® Dance Fitness, ZUMBA® with toning, BOXING CARDIO and/or Yoga Dance classes
