Step 2: Based on your assessment results and personal goals, design a program to suit you with the help of our qualified and professional coaches.
Step 3: Choose your training session/s:
- Fitness - one-on-one training sessions, Boxing Cardio classes, buddy training (train with a friend or partner)
- Dance - Dance Core Fitness, Zumba Dance Fitness, one-on-one dance-based training sessions, Yoga Dance
