Natasha (Tash) has more than 10 years experience in the dance, fitness, and health industries, and is a Fitness Australia registered fitness leader (RFL) in: Personal Training, Group Exercise instruction, and Gym Programming.

Having work as a corporate health & wellbeing advisor with ONEPATH (formally ING Australia), she is equipped in working with a variety of clients - but especially those with 'busy' lifestyles.

Tash is also a qualified Nutritionist, Remedial Massage therapist, PunchFit Boxing instructor & Zumba instructor. In her 10years of experience, she has worked alongside sports trainers, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, in school sports programs, corporate health programs, internationally renowned dance schools, and private health practices.
